I know many of you joined this Substack for health information and may not want to read the weekly Bible study emails/posts. I have two categories for the content I publish: Capitalism & Glitter, and Bible Study. I am resharing the instructions for opting out of the Bible Study section for those who only want to receive the classic Capitalism & Glitter content (health, culture, etc).
How to Opt-Out
If you are already signed up as a subscriber, but you do not want to get the Bible Study emails and articles (approximately one email/article a week), you can opt-out of this section of my Substack using the following steps:
Go to your Substack profile (top right corner) and click the dropdown arrow
Click on ‘Manage Subscription’ and find the ‘Notifications’ section — it should look something like the screenshot below
Switch off the toggle next to “Bible Study” but leave the other toggles on, like so:
That’s it! You can opt in or out of the Bible study at any time.

Alternatively, is there a way to opt out of the health emails as I’m here for the Bible study?! 😅 I assume toggling off the other ones will do the trick?
