How To Heal Yourself: My Top Health Articles
RCCX Theory, MCAS, EDS, Mold Illness, Lyme, Gender Dysphoria, Pregnancy Health, and more
I am regularly asked by new subscribers which of my health articles you should read first, so I am sharing the top three health articles from my archive — as well as several other articles that may help you along your health journey.
If you are on a health journey, my two in-depth RCCX articles and How To Heal Yourself are the most likely to contain information and approaches that you wont find from many other sources, and will help you frame a practical approach to healing. These are the topics and articles that continue to spark the most thought, questions, and conversation, the ones that I get the most feedback on from others who have used this information successfully in their own healing journey.
If you haven’t read these articles and you are on a healing journey, this is a good place to start. If you’ve read these articles before, they may land differently now. I continue to hear that people have read these articles dozens of times and find new pieces to their puzzle each time.
I encourage you to read through the comments as well as some of the most interesting perspectives end up there as well.

How To Heal Yourself
I get questions every day from people describing various symptoms and conditions and asking if I can point them in a direction towards understanding or healing themselves. I wish I could respond to every DM I get.
Other Health Articles
